Since 1958, the Strand family has been training and breeding Arabian horses. Over the next 64 years, the Strands built an empire of hard work, devotion and passion, becoming renowned in the Arabian horse industry as one of the oldest farms in the country, all located in Toddville. Brothers Ed and Milt Strand established the stables.
Jody Strand currently owns the 55-acre farm where he has lived since he was five. He said he was born into it. His father and uncle made the leap of faith to move to Toddville and start the Arabian horse stables both were in their 50s.
