In the past few years, we have focused on bringing advanced digital banking options to our customers. But COVID-19 accelerated our plans. It’s now more important than ever for people to be able to conduct their banking the way they feel most comfortable. Recently, we’ve introduced a number of new features for our online banking platform along with ways for people to connect with a banker from the convenience of their home. Providing banking services with a human touch is a primary goal for us, and we’re excited to bring even more convenient ways to get in touch with a financial expert.

We recently launched a new service to let customers and non-customers alike chat with one of our bankers from anywhere, making it easier for them to get help with whatever they need. From assistance with online banking features or transactions to setting a travel notice or applying for new accounts, customers can do all of their banking through hillsbank.com or the Hills Bank Mobile app using the new chat feature.

Our experienced bankers have been available to service customers throughout the pandemic at our Mount Vernon and Lisbon branches. Now that our lobbies are open, they’d love to welcome you back!

This summer, we’re looking forward to the return of our annual Lemon Boss program for youth account holders and other kids ages 5-12. It’s designed to teach them how to start their own business, including securing a business loan, recording financial information, managing money, and developing customer service skills. We hope to bring a fun and educational experience to kids across the corridor.
