Now that you are spending more time at home, are you feeling the need to get organized? Is it finally time to tackle that closet, cupboard, pantry? I am definitely feeling the need to organize and have purchased some new books to inspire us and get us going in the right direction. The bloggers at The Home Edit have come out with a new book The Home Edit Life by Clea Shearer & Joanna Teplin. I knew this would be a great book when the subtitle was The No-Guilt Guide to Owning What You Want and Organizing Everything. This means we dont have to get rid of everything. I love this book! I also loved that the authors have us start with a drawer. Thats it -- a drawer. Do not empty your entire clothes closet, get overwhelmed, sit in the middle of everything and cry. Start small and build on your success using their methods and tips. They tackle everything from closets, to pet supplies, to the trunk of your car. Other organizing books at Cole Library are Homebody, Joanna Gaines; The Home Edit, Clea Shearer & Joanna Teplin; Beautifully Organized, Nikki Boyd; Love Your Creative Space, Lilo Bowman; The Complete Book of Home Organization, Toni Hammersley.
